I got these pet hair removal gloves about 10 weeks ago because I was tired of constantly buying lint roller refills with two cats in the house. The concept is nice - just put on the gloves and rub surfaces to pick up hair and lint using static electricity. They do work reasonably well on lighter fabrics like cotton shirts and some upholstery. The gloves are comfortable to wear and don’t irritate my hands during use. Being reusable is definitely a plus, I just rinse them off or throw them in the washing machine when they get too hairy. However, they’re not nearly as effective as a good lint roller for stubborn pet hair. On my dark couch where my cats love to sleep, these gloves only pick up maybe 60% of the hair compared to a sticky roller. The static electricity effect seems to wear off pretty quickly during use, especially if your hands get a bit sweaty. They work better on some surfaces than others - decent on clothing and light upholstery but struggle with carpets and car seats. Also you need to stop frequently to remove the collected hair from the gloves or it just redistributes. For quick touch-ups and light cleaning they’re handy to have around, but I still keep lint rollers for the heavy-duty jobs. Good as a supplementary tool but not a complete replacement for traditional pet hair removal methods.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great product. For years I've had issues with getting cat hair off my bedsheets. I've tried many different products. Some did nothing, others worked pretty good. But they all left a lot to be desired.

This is the best cat hair remover I've used to date. Very effective and easy to use.

This morning, I noticed one of my cats threw-up a hairball on the large cat tree. Way over in a hard-to-see (and hard to reach) part of the cat tree. To clean it, I would have to move some furniture around and pull the cat tree out to the middle of the living room, so I decided while I was at it, I'd give the entire cat tree a good cleaning (which I probably haven't done in a year or so).

Now obviously I didn't use this thing on the actual hairball, but I did use it all over the cat tree to remove the year of cat hair. And it worked like a charm! Great results! Very pleased.

I would recommend this, except for one thing. The fabric "handle" on the back isn't really working for me. Perhaps there is a special technique to gripping it, but I find it's always falling off my hand during cleaning. Not enough to knock off a star on this review, but since there are a lot of different manufacturers/sellers making clones of this exact same product, I'd suggest looking for one that has a better grip on the back for your hand to fit inside of. Maybe another kind offers a grip with velcro on it, to firmly attach it to your hand? Not sure.

Other than that, I'd recommend this product. Does a fantastic job removing pet hair.
