Your tracking becomes active 1-3 days after shipping. Delivery takes 5-10 business days after your order is processed.
If tracking shows no updates after 3 days, or it's been more than 15 business days total, contact us with your order number.

Contact us immediately with your order number. We can only cancel or modify orders that haven't been packed or shipped yet (usually within 1-3 business days of ordering). Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

First, check with neighbors, building management, or household members. Verify the delivery address in your confirmation email. Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If still missing:
- Without Shipping Protection: File a claim with the carrier
- With Shipping Protection: Contact us at support@ziveko.com with your order number
