Why isn't my tracking updating?
This is completely normal for international shipping. Tracking may not update for 3-5 days while your package is in transit between facilities or clearing customs.
Your package is still moving even without updates. Once it reaches your local carrier, you'll see daily tracking updates.
My tracking shows 'Exception' or unusual status - what should I do?
If your tracking shows any of these statuses, please contact our support team immediately:
